Seacoast Drive, Palm Avenue, 13th Street, Tijuana Estuary

Seacoast Drive gathers restaurants and shops near the pier. Palm Avenue is a separate east–west commercial corridor, while 13th Street has neighborhood markets and kitchens. The Tijuana Estuary Visitor Center is on Caspian Way; follow posted access information rather than assuming every trail or shoreline route is open.
